Old Enough to Know Better? Reform Options for South Australia’s Age of Criminality Laws (2019)
In this article for the Adelaide Law Review, co-authored with Dr Sarah Moulds, we argue for reforming South Australia's age of criminal responsibility laws, noting that the current minimum age of 10 falls short of international standards. We propose raising the age to 14 and consider a public health and welfare approach to better protect children's rights and development.
